I haven’t been posting the cooking shots here as they’re now on a newer FoolishMorsel blog. That’s our gardening and cooking one, but seeing as it was our younger son’s birthday, I thought I’d post his four (thinner) layer cake here. It was a breeze, and the recipe for the cake is here. I actually froze one full layer, and cut the second layer in half. Then sliced those layers. I made a half cake with four layers, and it was perfect. Now we have another for another time! Aces! The ice cream is Michigan made Hudsonville French Vanilla. : )
